Trust ranks right up there in the relationship stakes. Yes, we are all human and we have done things that we regret but you have to build and maintain trust in a relationship.

When partners become jealous of each other – it’s primarily because of a lack of trust. If there is little trust in the relationship she will not like it if you’re out and strike up an innocent conversation with another woman. Vice versa, her with a guy - especially in a bar or club situation.

If you truly trusted each other, then there is no reason to be jealous. However, if there are unresolved trust issues in your history, then you have to put yourself in her shoes and be more aware of how she’s feeling. Rebuilding trust takes time and will depend on your behaviors and actions over time before you can expect to have her full trust again.
